1. About These Terms
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and CardCashTrade ("CardCashTrade," "we," "us," or "our"). They cover your access to and use of our website, wallet, and gift card trading services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or submitting a card, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the new version.
2. Who Can Use CardCashTrade
To use the Service you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to enter into a legally binding contract. The Service is not available where its use would be prohibited by local law. By using CardCashTrade you confirm that you meet these conditions.
3. Your Account
You need a registered account to trade cards and manage your wallet. You are solely responsible for everything that happens under your account, including keeping your login details private.
- Register with accurate, current, and complete information
- Use a secure password and never share your credentials
- Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access
- Maintain only one account unless we expressly approve otherwise
We may limit, suspend, or close any account that breaches these Terms or that we reasonably believe is being used for fraud or abuse.
4. How Trading Works
CardCashTrade buys gift cards and prepaid cards directly from you — we are not a marketplace and do not connect you with other buyers. When you submit a card, you provide its details (and a photo where required) and we review it before approving any payout.
Submitting a card is an offer to sell, not a completed sale. We may accept or decline any submission at our discretion — for example, if a card cannot be verified, has a lower balance than stated, or appears to be obtained improperly.
5. Your Promises About Each Card
Every time you submit a card, you represent and warrant that:
- You legally own the card and have the right to sell it
- It was obtained lawfully and is not stolen, counterfeit, or fraudulent
- It has not been used, redeemed, reported lost, or offered for sale anywhere else
- The code and all information you enter are accurate and complete
6. Verification & Pending Balance
After submission, each card goes through a verification check. While a card is under review, its estimated value appears as a pending balance in your wallet and is not yet available to withdraw. Most reviews are completed quickly, though some may take longer depending on the card type and issuer.
7. Wallet, Payouts & Withdrawals
Once a card is approved, the confirmed payout is moved from your pending balance to your available balance. The final amount may differ from the estimate if the actual card balance turns out to be different from what was declared.
You can request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time via a supported method, including PayPal and USDT (and other crypto options where offered). The minimum withdrawal is $50.00 USD. We do not charge a withdrawal fee, but external providers and blockchain networks may apply their own fees, which are deducted from the amount you receive.
8. Rates
The rates shown on the Service are indicative and can change without notice based on market conditions, card brand, and risk. The rate that applies to your trade is the one confirmed at the moment you submit the card.
9. Things You Must Not Do
When using CardCashTrade, you agree not to:
- Submit stolen, counterfeit, or fraudulently obtained cards
- Open multiple accounts to dodge limits, bans, or promotions
- Use bots, scrapers, or any automated means to access the Service
- Use the Service for money laundering or any unlawful purpose
- Provide false or misleading information
- Probe, tamper with, or attempt to reverse-engineer the Service
- Abuse, threaten, or harass other users or our team
Breaking these rules may lead to immediate suspension, loss of any wallet balance linked to the violation, and — where appropriate — reporting to the relevant authorities.
10. Intellectual Property
The CardCashTrade name, logo, website, and software, along with all related content, belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
11. Service "As Is" & Liability
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CardCashTrade is not responsible for:
- Downtime, technical faults, or loss of data
- Delays in, or the outcome of, card verification
- Changes in card values or exchange rates
- Acts or omissions of third-party payment and network providers
In no event will our total liability for any claim exceed the payout amount of the specific transaction that gave rise to it.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CardCashTrade and its team from any claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or any card you submit that turns out to be invalid or fraudulent.
13. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or act in a way that harms other users, our team, or third parties. On termination your right to use the Service ends immediately, and any balance tied to fraud or a policy breach may be withheld or forfeited.
14. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by applicable law. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue in good faith. Disputes that cannot be settled informally will be handled through binding arbitration where permitted.
